At Terai Samaj, we are committed to preserving and promoting the rich cultural heritage of the Terai (Madhesh) region of Nepal. Our programs are designed to connect community members with their roots while building meaningful relationships within the Australian Terai diaspora.

Program Activities

Our programs encompass a wide range of activities including language classes in Maithili, Bhojpuri, and other Terai languages, traditional dance and music workshops, cooking classes featuring authentic Terai cuisine, and cultural storytelling sessions for children and young adults.
